On June 28, 2023, four coworkers of Shunde Shengjia Church in Foshan, Guangdong – Preacher Deng Yanxiang, Brother Zhu Longjiang, Brother Wang Weicai, and Sister Zhu Qiaoling – were all arrested.
With the approval of the People’s Procuratorate of Shunde District, Foshan, the Public Security Bureau of Shunde District arrested the four Christians under the charge of “illegal business operations.” They are currently detained at the Nanhai District Detention Center in Foshan.
