Yesterday evening (April 24), Sister Xuanbin moved a truckload of belongings to the Blu-ray Changdao International Phase I community where she resides. The property management staff refused to allow the moving truck to enter, and later, more property and community staff came to obstruct her move. Sister Xuanbin has been living in the community for two months, holds a legal rental contract, and timely pays rent, utilities, and property fees. Despite facing power outages, blocked door locks, and even forced door checks, she persevered with a joyful heart.

After encountering the blockade, she had no choice but to temporarily place her personal items on a vacant space outside the main gate. It was raining that night, and the property staff showed no mercy, even preventing Sister Xuanbin from entering the community. Some brothers and sisters who tried to take some items home were physically stopped by the property staff, and eventually, they could only cover the items with a tarp.

This morning, those items were still there. Unexpectedly, around 11 a.m., when no one was paying attention, the items at the gate vanished, including six large boxes of books, some bookshelves, and kitchenware, worth over ten thousand yuan.

When asked, the property management said they were unaware. After calling the police, the officers from the Jiujang Police Station in Shuangliu District responded, stating that this situation does not constitute theft and thus, no case was filed. The sisters called the Jiujang Subdistrict office, who directed them back to the police station. From last night until today, brothers and sisters have complained to the 12345 Mayor’s hotline and others, yet there has been no positive response. Such a large amount of items just disappeared in broad daylight.
May the Lord watch over Sister Xuanbin. Although she has lost these possessions and does not know if they can be recovered, she remains joyful in her heart, for these items bear witness to the Lord’s name. May the Lord rebuke the government officials involved in this evil act, and the community and property staff who oppress the brothers and sisters due to upper-level pressure. In the day of judgment, these items will testify to their unrighteousness. May the Lord comfort every brother and sister’s heart, so we may live in fear of the Lord, rely on Him, and escape the coming wrath. The Lord will vindicate us!
As the Bible in Hebrews states: “Remember those earlier days after you had received the light, when you endured in a great conflict full of suffering. Sometimes you were publicly exposed to insult and persecution; at other times you stood side by side with those who were so treated. You suffered along with those in prison and joyfully accepted the confiscation of your property, knowing that you yourselves had better and lasting possessions. So do not throw away your confidence; it will be richly rewarded. You need to persevere so that when you have done the will of God, you will receive what he has promised.” (Hebrews 10:32-36)
May the Lord grant us all a heart of patience and courage as we await His return!
